Project Description:
I need a rock solid plugin that will lookup and verify a coupon code at an external site. Must be usable under SSL and connect via SSL.
The coupon code would be integrated into the shopping cart. When someone enters a code it will send a request via an HTTP request with the code and a shop identifier which a shop owner would set and edit in the optionst. It will receive back if the code is valid, and the discount amount in either a fixed amount or a percentage, as well as a minimum spend amount.
It should be a natural part of the default age to shopping cart to experience and should not add any extra screens.
Will also be interested in shopify, prestashop and WordPress plugins in the future. Though not necessarily from the same coder. Bonus points if you can nail both magento and shopifyin a month for under $150. Shopify must be rock solid as well.
