I'm looking for a high-skilled PCB designer to collaborate on the development of a sound reactive LED gadget. I looking to design and manufacture 5-10 SMD circuit boards. The microphone should have a threshold in a way that with LOW noise it should blink GREEN LEDs and HIGH noise should blink YELLOW LEDs. Parts should be cheap, reliable and drive low battery power.
Also, I'm looking for a high skilled freelancer to collaborate in industrial engineer and 3D modeling for a sound reactive LED toy. Ability with SOLID WORKS, CAD or similar modeling tool is needed.
The 3D model should also consider reliable specs for injection molding and internal circuit board and batteries.

Details on the project:
I'm looking to manufacture some sound reactive LED necklaces (collars) with a specific design. I need to make it 3D, make the object and combine it with the electronics inside.
1- The circuit must be cheap with 4 VERY BRIGHT LEDs (2 on each side) that will flash reactive to sound. Microphone as input and LEDs as the output.
2- It will flash GREEN lights when LOW sound and YELLOW lights when VERY LOUD sound.
3- The drawing of the object is a character face, with irregular shape, not perfectly oval.
4- Two faces 2 LEDs on each side. The LEDs are the eyes on the character's face.
5- The material needs to be soft, good quality, like silicon or rubber, and translucent so the bright LED can shine the whole object.
6- I need a button ON/OFF button or some kind of cheap sensor that turns ON/OFF.
7- A small hole on the side, like ears, so that the sound can go through the object.
8- Low voltage battery. The gadget should have a good battery life.
