We are starting a new project and need to build a small scale (1to4) prototype.
The concept is already done. We need a complete detailed "ready to manufacture" set of designs.
We prefer Solidworks

This is a buoy that floats and sinks in a pool and driving an hydraulic cylinder.

To get the concept draft you will have to sign the NDA attached.
