ATA IP BOX AND SMART TV BOX ALL IN ONE

Good Day everyone.
We need a manufacture that have the ability to develop two products in one. The same as a mulitfuncional.
We need to create in one box an ATA IP (analog telephone adapter) that looks for the IP address automatically with a caller ID screen if posible (vonage box) and in the same box a Smatr TV feature with wifi, webcam and wireless keyboard with an operating system Linux or any open systme for us to inlcude other applications.
If someone can provide us with this product with are going to launch an agresive marketing campaign in Latinameirca and USA. So we expect to order many many items.
We need samplers first to make some tests and then sign confidenciality and agreements to develop a long term business relationship.
