We would like you to quote on this project ASAP.
We are doing a study on incentive structure of Trading and Investment team (function) for trading companies - Mitsubishi Corp, Marubeni Corp, Sumitomo Corp (all three based in Japan), and Glencore (headquartered in Switzerland). We would like you to cover the following topics:
• We would like to understand the incentive structure (including salary structure) specifically for Trading and Investment teams of the above mentioned companies
o How these companies pay incentives?
• Further, we would also like to understand whether the incentive system is linked with hiring/evaluation system by the level along with its details.
It is a qualitative market research interview. Please suggest your best costing.
