Project Description:
We are interested in investigating the state of the sports bra market in Australia and would like someone to produce a report answering the following questions as a feasibility study.
1. What are the major sports bra brands in the Australian market (include summary of each company)?
2. What are the smaller brands and what is their point of differentiation and what are their distribution channels (ie. Department vs Boutique Stores vs Online) (include summary of each company)?
3. How profitable are these companies?
4. Where and through whom are these products manufactured?
5. What are the various stages of production including design, sketching and manufacturing?
6. What is the required scale of a start up operation ie. How many employees are required in each area of production?
The output must be in the style of a business report in various sections and well formatted and displayed. Excel data is not necessary but figures must be well explained and clear.
We are looking for a basic analysis and not complex data or figures. We want clear summaries of dominant businesses and the strategies they employ. The completed work should be less than 40 pages.
As we are not seeking a highly complex work we will pay a maximum non-negotiable amount of $120 and require the project to be completed within 2 days at the latest. We want someone who can commence work immediately and produce quality over quantity. Further work will come if project objectives are successfully met.
