1. Aim in this project is to investigate and critically analyse the competitive advantages
of McDonalds, and strategies McDonald used to be the cost leader and Speedy
delivery of food as it is another competitive advantage of McDonald.
2. This research involve competitive advantages of main fast food providers in the globe
such as McDonald, KFC, Burger king, Pizza hut and Subway, This research highlight
