1. Experience writing successful customized business plan for startup in the adult social networking field that will include:
a. Executive Outline and Financial Summary
b. Company Structure and Shareholder Description
c. Product and/or Services Descriptions
d. Market and Industry Analysis and Research (completed by MasterPlans in-house Research Team)
e. Marketing Plan with Key Objectives
f. Full 5 Year Financial Projection (Pro Forma) Including: Sales Forecast- Profit Statements, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Break Even Analysis, Funding Requirements, and Use of Proceeds
h. Investor Proposal and ROI, Valuation Tables and Exit Strategy
i. All of the writing, editing, research, market analysis and the building of the financial model are done by you while working intimately together. No templates to be used.
Timeframe is about 6 weeks.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years experience writing business plans, experience with startups in the social networking field, and hold an MBA degree from one of the top schools
