Project Description:
I am looking for somebody who can take my large database of approximately 30 million email addresses and send messages to them them. There will be approximately 14 messages that will need to be sent to these addresses over a two week period. I will provide the email addresses in a series of Excel spreadsheets. I will provide the email messages in both HTML and plain text. I need you to provide the medium (server, scripts, etc) necessary to deliver these messages.
