I require a start-up business plan for a new online business (auctioning marketplace website). We require the freelancer to conduct market research in the relevant areas to the business. The individual should have experience in creating a business plan, financial accounting and marketing research. Furthermore the plan built should be presentable with the correct format to Venture Capitalist, angel investors and prospective partners.
