Urgent proposal rewrite in 24 hours - repost

Need some high quality writter help me rewrite this proposal in 24 hours. As this is the last chance to pass the module,I will hire 3 guys to write three vision of proposal, and pick the one of the best one. I will first pick three guys, and each one I made half of the money for milestone, I will only pay full money to the winner and will told you the id of the winner to the other 2 guys, so U will know that I wont say u fail to both three guy and pay all of u half of the money.
