As a part of our expansion plan we are have open positions for a Business Development Professionals with 2-3 years of experience in selling in the US market (OR a very smart fresher with excellent English speaking skills). (S)he will be working with our Vice President of Sales – North America to create leads, nurture them and help the Technical Pre-Sales team take it over.
S(he) should have a very good understanding of selling in the US and should be able to work in the US Eastern Time Zone. S(he) should be social media savvy and should be able to create a buzz in the social media space to generate leads. More than anything else s(he) should be extremely driven to generate leads and to ensure that we get the foot in the customer door. S(he) should be ready to take ownership of the work and get rewarded if the right results are obtained.
Responsibilities include :
Creating and maintaining prospective customer list in North America from databases.
Cold and Warm Calling, Lead Generation over phone and social media.
Assistance in meeting Sales targets and a drive towards meeting the sales targets.
Marketing efforts will also be involved which will entail Case Study Generation, Website Content generation, Updating Social Site Pages to name a few.
Position will be based in Pune and compensation will be fixed + performance based. However if something can be done remotely by the right person then we are open to that option too. Please send your profiles and calling rates.
