JOB TITLE: Pre-Sales Representative
General Summary: Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.
Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.
Interacting with customers either by telephone or electronically
Making outgoing calls as well as handling incoming calls
Generating leads and sending product quotations as per requirement
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
Following up on customer interactions
Promoting/selling/securing orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
Assisting existing/potential customers in selecting products best suited to their needs.
DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization.
Making telephone calls and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
Expediting the resolution of order booking
Analyzing the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.
Planning and organizing personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
Supplying company with oral and written reports on customer feedback and specific requirements.
Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature.
Skills/Qualifications: Sales orientation, Computer Skills with good knowledge of MS Office, Telephone etiquettes, Professionalism, and Result oriented attitude
Should have Excellent Communication Skills, good listening skills, a pleasant personality and Convincing Power.
Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi.
Female Candidates preferred.
