Need 5 tele-marketers to set appointments- URGENT

I need 5 tele-marketers to set appointments in the home improvement industries (roofing, siding, windows). You will be paid $50 commission per CONFIRMED appointment. This is a high pay level and we will also pay performance bonuses. The positions will start within next week.
Requirements:
MUST have 1 yr of telemarketing experience.
MUST have professional demeanor and be friendly.
You Must NOT have a heavy accent... U.S people will be given preference (sorry, no offense to other countries... this is a tough industry with a accent.)
No sales experience needed- You do not need to sell anything! You are just setting appointments for a sales rep.
You must be prepared to set at least 2 appointments per day on average which is VERY doable.
