Project Description:
Looking for Florida registered PE to provide Mechanical and Electrical drawings for a 3 story 10,000 sq. ft. office building located in Miami, Florida. Project must be signed and sealed to be reviewed and permitted by City of Miami. Tight budget on this one, need done cheap and fast. More work can come of it. Very simple design.
PE must provide the following:
Electrical Plan
Electrical Schedule
Electrical Calculations
Lighting Plan / Photometrics
Mechanical Plan
Mechanical Schedule
Heat / Load Energy Calcs
Whatever else is required to pass MEP's. Must also review my pluming plan and sign and seal.
To lower costs I can draft redlined drawings or PE can review, sign and seal, my MEP drawings.
