Design project for college credits.
To prepare a design report for design and analysis of a brake disc,
Initial Assumptions can be taken.
Assume for a commonly used material and specify it.
Should include a CAD model, Thermal and stress distribution analysis, Calculation of forces applied on the disc with respect to the assumptions.
Braking calculations - brake force, braking distance, Max. Temp. on braking, etc
Results and inferences etc.

REPORT SHOULD HAVE : Literary Review, Software used(mention the data interpretation based on the software mention list wise about each used software), Calculations, Design draft(CAD Modeling for DISC BRAKE ASSEMBLY IN EXPLODED VIEW), FEA Analysis, Results and Conclusions
With report also have to attach the CAD drawings, ANSYS file, etc or any software related design files
