pivot trading EA

Can you give me a price range for this project? This would be my first project on freelancer.com, so im a newbie here, but i take this seriously, and im glad to find You.

The project:

I want to automate my trading system, so i need someone who can build an expert advisor for MT4. This is a system that i use on 1H charts and is based on pivot points. ( i use a pivot point indicator, called FXI Pivots ) The system has profit targets and stops based on the daily pivot points.

The system has to calculate every midpivot line of the day, and place all SELL and BUY pending orders, on daily midpivot levels after the first pivotline has reached ( or instantly based on ea's settings.) This way if the price goes up, and reach midpivot level, starts to buy, if the price goes down, and reach mpivot level, start to sell...
TP is the next pivot line, SL is the other pivot line...
Must be able to replace pending order after the actual trade hits its TP or SL levels. For example if our long trade hits TP, replace a SELL order on the triggered midpivot line.
If the distance between the two pivot lines is smaller then X pips, skip orders – no trade between those pivots.

Pending orders and executed orders must be graphically displayed on the charts using lightly colored text or symbols.
Must work on any time frame and currency pair.
Able to input Lot Size
Break even trade setting,
Trailing stop function,
Adjustable and FIX SL, and TP levels, but basically TPs and SLs is the Pivot levels.
