EA to place pending orders x pips apart from each order. Inputs are
Distance - Distance in pips b/w each pending order
Stoploss
Takeprofit
Lot size
Target profit - If profit earned is greater than this amount, EA will delete all open pending orders and place no new orders until the next day
Close period (Hours)- EA will close all open orders after input number of hours
