I need help creating a database that filters company name, contact name, anniversary year and can input other fields. Such as declined, committed, qualified, etc.

I should have been more clear. Thank you for the response! Not expected, so I will elaborate! Bear with me as I am not 100% familiar with databases and the time required to make them!
It would be a database used by 2 offices of 5 and 15 people. So cloud backup would be required, and hopefully this would allow a backup internally on a hard disk as well.
The database is currently in Telemagic and has 15 users. There are 4 people using excel sheets as a database. And one person on Sage ACT. All can be transferred to a format that would be required for importing.
I require a database of 20 - 25 Users. This could increase or decrease and access to that capability would be required. Each user needs there own log on information.
There needs to be a way to add contact notes, and call logs and keep a calendar synced as well as email communication.
If there was a way to store documents and templates, that would be ideal.
We are a small, but growing publishing firm and have a few details that would require certain grouping and potentially separate databases within the one database.
If I am offside on the price of a job this size, please do let me know. I want to provide a fair price for a really superb database and I am not sure how much work is involved with the caliber of requirements that may come to light.
