I need something that can have each member in it with their name, which thing they've paid for, either Membership or Charge Account. I need to be able to keep track of how many times they've come in and bought something. If they pay for a charge account, they only get a $50 limit that they can charge at any one time. I need to be able to keep track of what they pay on it and how much they still owe. I need to be able to put down when they claim their free product after their tenth visit (provided they purchased something each visit). I need to be able to search through it with names.
