We download a CVS file containing the direct debit payment details of our members. This file contains their unique ID (Field: Client Ref) and their last paid date (Field: Last Paid). We would like a program that will read the details from the CSV file and then find the matching member in the MDB file (using Table: Members Details and Field: DD REFERENCE NUMBER) and then using their unique code number in the MBD (Field: Member Code) find the corresponding record in another table in the same MDB file (Table: Membership Card Details) and update the members expiry date (Field: Expiry Date) with the last paid date from the CSV file adding on another month (i.e. if the members last paid date was 14/06/2013, then the expiry date would be set to 14/07/2013). If there is no entry in the last paid column on the CSV then no change is to be made to the member record. I have attached sample CSV and MDB file for reference.
