I wish to confirm if you will enter data directly in the MS Access database or want forms for the same? Will you key in all orders at once for a week or on an ongoing basis as they get submitted/ are received? Orders will be entered against customers or cumulative for each dish? We create a master database of meals/ items and allow to pick from there the ones that are available for that week? Hie. Database is ok but have you thought about UI where you will seeing report. Do you want a windows or web app. Or you just want report functionality of MS access. Also how you will be inserting data? MS Access Forms? Or some windows/web app.

Hi There, yes we can create a access database for your data. First it needs to identify the relationship between objects. Ex: 1. There should be a separate table (relation) store customer details. 2. separate table for store order details (order no, customer id, etc) 3. Combining these two tables we can a separate table to store order id and customer id To enter data we have to create forms. In the form we can have a option to create the report.
