Project Description:
We are looking for a system in MS Access / VBA with the following functionality for the purpose of handling large volume conference registration, validation and management of records using QR codes.

1. A screen for us to create, edit, delete, copy (from existing) a new conference event

a. When a new conference event is created, the following information is requested:

- Event ID
- Name of event
- Maximum number of attendees
- Name Venue
- Venue Address
- Date & Time
- Dress Code

b. When an existing conference is edited the above fields can be changed except for the Event ID

c. Delete the event, to be able to delete the whole event from the database and all associated transactional records with that event if any

d. Copy the event, to be able to create a new Unique Event ID and copy the event details from an existing event

3. Master Attendee Database

(The following are fields required Unique Attendee Number, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Designation, Mobile Number, Agency Name, Generated QR code for this attendee (based on Unique Attendee Number, First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, Agency Name) Graphic Assigned, Remarks

a. Allow for the creation, deletion, modification of each attendee record

b. Allow for the mass update of new attendees in CSV Format

(i) Upon import if the record exist based on the same Email Address, to replace the details in the current database record with that from the CSV File
while retaining the Unique Attendee Number

(ii) If record does not exist, to create the new record

Note that for the mass update, if there is an update or creation of new record, the QR code will need to be regenerated and stored in the database

c. Search function to be able to search for an attendee by First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, Designation, Agency Name, Email Address

4. Conference Attendance Management

a. Select a current available conference, search and display the list of attendees by either Agency Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, First Name, Last Name and add to be able to add all or a marked attendees to that conference

b. Query a current conference and be able to add or delete current attendees tied to it

c. Generate a PDF copy of an E-Registration Invite with QR Code for a Single Attendee by First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number or Email Address
(1 entry only)

d. Generate a PDF copy of an E-Registration Invite with QR Codes for all attendees from a single agency name to be selected from a list
(Multiple entries for that agency in sheet)

5. Conference Check In

a. Allow for the registration of the attendee by scanning his E-Registration QR Code
(Once a QR Code is scanned and used to register captured in the system, it cannot be used again. for that event)

b. Allow for the manual registration of the attendee by being able to search using First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, and update the attendees record for that event that he is registered

c. Report on the attendance for a particular event in XLS

(i) Summary of attendees vs. registrations in XLS

(ii) List of all attendees column wise containing the attendee's information, and each attendee record by row in XLS
