Microsoft Access Database

Project Description:
Our business currently requires the development of an access database in order to track and invoice our work.

Each 'job' we take on has approximately 4 number of stages that need tracking:

Stage One:
Input of client details to database with key fields required.

Stage Two:
Completion of physical work with key milestones such as a) Physical job complete b) Customer report completed etc.

Stage Three:
Further development of project (this area will be used for approx 50% of jobs).

Stage Four:
Invoicing of 'jobs' completed (auto generation of invoice ideally)
Requires 3 seperate invoices for each job depending on the amount of work completed per job.

Ideally we would like to be able to set date reminders for tasks etc as some jobs get to stage one and wait perhaps 2 - 3 weeks to commence and others get to stage two and again wait before going on to stage three. We would like to be able to enter reminder tasks at these stages.

We can provide a more specific brief to the developer when required but this hopefully provides an overview.
