Project Description:
Develop an Android app that periodically detects the list of cells antennas around and the azimuth to these antennas. The app sends the information to a data center. The data center returns the device location. Based on the information the app stores a log of location over time.
We have the list of cell towers. We need the list of detected ell IDs with their LAC and azimuth to be sent to the server and receive the location from the server.
The main requirement is to export the data to a file. The file has lat, lon and time stamp.
The user may clear the log and can request a route on a map between times.
So the app is installed and immediately starts logging every minute. If the user opens it he sees the following options:
1. Export data
2. Clear data
3. Show route from to

The communication ith the server is JSON
