I'm looking for an Android application built to work on a rooted Samsung Galaxy Note 2 with Android 4.1.1
There are two aspects to this application. First, the launched application should have the options to record my voice (via bluetooth if it is connected and via the mouth receiver if the bluetooth headset is not connected), playback my voice, and settings to turn the next step on and off.
Second, if the app is activated, it should overlay a button on the phone call screen as displayed in the attachment. At any point during a call when I tap the button it will play back the recorded voice file from the first part. It should also have the option to stop if the button is pressed again. The voice file should be played back through the phone so that the person on the other end of the call hears it as if I had spoken it myself live, instead of recorded. This should work regardless of whether I'm on the phone with a bluetooth headset or not. The person on the other end of the line should not be able to distinguish the recorded playback from if I were to say it live in to the phone.

This is a personal project. I'm looking to spend as little as possible!
