Android LibGDX Sample Game

Project Description:
I am looking for someone to create a simple side scrolling game prototype for my own learning purposes. You must have game programming experience and this must be easy for you to do.

My budget is $80 maximum. You must complete it with $80 or under.

Project Requirement:
You must use Eclipse and the latest LibGDX build. You must use Game, Stage, and Actor or Sprite classes.
This prototype must be able to run on Android and desktop java application.

Game Requirement:
Splash Screen - When game start, show splash screen first. When user touch the screen, start game play.
Game Play - Game will have side scrolling capability. Camera view scroll left to right depending on the direction of finger or mouse swipe. Zombies will spawn from the left and move towards right. Zombies will spawn from right and move towards left. Both zombies will keep walking and gather as a group at the end of their destination. If zombies collide with each other, the right side zombies will make way and move around the left zombies. If user touch a zombie, that zombie stops walking. If touched again, zombie walks again. Both will continue on their path until they reach the end. Game will have a HUD. HUD is just Exit, Pause, Play, and Spawn. Spawn button will be at bottom left and bottom right.

Screen Resolution:
Game must be able to handle to different screen resolution. Image should maintain aspect ratio.

In summary, this will be a side scrolling game with zombies spawning from left and right. Zombies walk around each other. Zombies stop when touch. Zombies walk again with touch. Zombies keeps walking and gather at their opposite end. That's it.

Please look at images provided. Sample.png shows how the game should look like. The red border box represents camera view or what is shown on the screen (screen.png). If you have game experience, you should be able to look at sample.png and know it's very easy to do and can figure things out yourself without me explaining too much.
