We are in the middle of an application using PhoneGap and we need some additional help with the project. Here are some of the requirements:
* Experience with PhoneGap
* Experience with Socket communications in PhoneGap using Java library
* Experience with Google Android
* Pleasing and intuitive User Interface Development
* Medical Applications

We are expecting that the project will take about 160 hours to complete and we are looking for a fixed bid responses. You must have experience with sockets with PhoneGap.
