Project Description:
The application is a simple survey that must be fullfilled by a person in an Android Tablet.
- There will be N questions to answer.
- There will be a text file with the list of all questions.
- Each line in the file will contain one question of the survey.
- There will be three types of questions:
1.- Input Text
2.- Check Box
3.- Grouped checkbox
1.- INPUT TEXT:
simply a label asking for some entry text. e.g. NAME: ....
2.- Chaeck Box:
Questions like: "ARE YOU PREGNANT" and a checkbox to check or not to check
3.- Grouped textbox:
Questions that share a common title, like:
"Have you done one of these sports ??"
- Biking
- Climbing
- Kayaking.
The common text will be showed in each of the questions.
Each of those questions must be done in a new window, in the same order than listed in the text file.
the checkbox questions and the grouped question must be able to have a "Others" option or a "Specify" option, In that case a Text box must be available to enter the text specifiyng somthing.
like:
"Have you done one of these sports ??"
- Biking
- Climbing
- Kayaking.
- Other : ............................
Finally there must be a graphic zone to write a signature with some pen.
With a text that will be in the last line of the textfile.
Each screen must have on the top, a logo, and a formated text.
All, except the first question should be possible to come back and change the answer. (the first question will be entered by the operator, and will contain the ID of the survey (Will be needed to export the information)
on the bottom there must be a NEXT button and a PREV button.

By signing this I agree with all the information I entered above.

The results must be saved in another text file as the original, but:
1.- the name of the text file must be the answer to the first question and UNDERSCORE and the time/data.
2.- beside each question, must be writed the answer. in the case of the checkboxes YES/NO)
3.- The signature of the last question must be recorded in a JPG file with the same name than the text file.
