Android Tutorial with LibGDX

Project budget max is $25. Please don't bid if you can't do it for $25. This is a very simple project. It is for tutorial purposes only. I've provided images already. You must use the latest version of Android SDK and LibGDX. Please see the attached image [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] This project will entail using scene, stage, and actors from Libgdx. You will create a simple app that looks like tutorialexample.png. The app will do this: 1. Use the orange image as background for 480x320 screen. Screen must auto adjust to devices with different screen size but maintain same ratio. 2. Load green bug, ant, start, stop, and arrows as actors. Green bug and ant are animated actors. 3. When pressed, START and STOP images will stop and start green bug animation. 4. When pressed, green arrows moves the green bug. 5. Green bug can be pressed and dragged. 6. When green bug touch (collide) with ant, the ant moves out of the screen. 7. When user touch ant, the ant moves out of the screen. That's it.
