Project Description:
i need android developer , to develop android camera app on tablet only , app contain :

- first screen will open live camera view , with bottom banner just contain text.
- i need app to listen to MySQL DB , and when new ID (Row) added to my DB app take picture
- second screen will show the picture with bottom banner contain 2 buttons (send ,retry) , send button will send the picture to server , retry will open screen one again .
