Create a business application

Project Description:
Dear prospect,
your job requires you to be competent in the following areas of Android development to create a business application:

graphics design well enough to be able to create logos and graphics of the same quality of outofmilkapp.com
creating and working with new and existing databases of android
implementing advertising by Madvertise and AdWords and others
being able to read flowcharts
being able to create custom controls
being able to determine the pitch of voice and calculate values based on that and detecting silence
knowing how to record audio via the internal microphone and playback via the speaker or headphones
being able to create animated transitions between several windows based on given videos
saving data to the internal memory or to a sd card
being able to create custom dialogs
being able to create the basis for content to be paid for and downloaded to the application(the same mechanism that is being used in games when a new weapon is being bought in-game while the application itself is free for instance)

Please attach your references or other proof that you meet those requirements. The application will be in English and I will provide all fields' descriptions, so in other words you are not required to acquire copywriting skills if not already present.

The application consists of about 11 screens, which are similar to each other and their main difference is textual. So about five screens and all in all about 14 logos - including the main logo and several in-app logos - have to be designed.

Please be aware, that the reason for me to outsource this is considerable lower costs than in Germany while maintaining a certain level of quality.

Having reviewed your offers I will send a NDA to suitable prospects. Having signed this NDA will be given a rough description of the application for you to make a final estimate. Based on that I will choose the prospect I have the impression to be able to meet my requirements.
