I have a Droid Bionic that I was using on Verizon Wireless in the U.S. Now I am trying to use the phone in Europe on GSM. Calls work perfectly, whilst the sms (messaging) doesn't work at all. Not possible to send or receive. I get the error message 'Addr.Vcnt., 0' staright after sending the message. The task consists to give me the necessary instructions to fix this (i.e tell me what to configure in the settings, '[login to view URL]' , ...).
