Need an application that should run as a service in the background continuously
It should read the GPS or mobile network (optional) location of the device and return longitude and latitude
And pass it to a pre defined webservice the wsdl link will be provided the wsdl should be called
With 4 params longitude, latitude, imie no , phone no
In case there is no connectivity this periodic data should be stored in a local SQL lite table on the device and synced back to the main server when on network , the frequency of capture may VARY every 2 minutes , 5 minutes should be externally controlled thru a entry in a sqllite table on the device the intial value of this parameter will be loaded from a webservice to which a phoneno or imeino shall be passed wsdl again will be provided by us which when called with a phone no, Imei no Will return the frequency of time capture. The project will initially be tested on mysql and the final closure will be after posting thru our web services.
The back ground service should be secure and user should not be able to unistall the app or change gps settings. Though admin should be able to unistall.
Project completion will be considered after apk generation in our environment.
