i want an application that saves an excel file with following data in columns
1. mobile GPS current coordinates
2. acquired bar code from 'image to bar code converter' android application
3. time of conversion of image into bar code or time of bar code acquisition from application
4. acquire data from last SMS sent by vehicle tracker (SMS data GPS coordinates from tracker)
5. if coordinates from tracker GPS acquired from SMS are equal to coordinates from mobile GPS, mark the location as 'touch point'.
6. send this touch point location coordinates to vehicle tracker
sequence:
1. capture image
2. send image to 'image to bar code converter' application
3. acquire bar code
4. save bar code in column one of excel sheet
5. acquire time and GPS coordinates from mobile right after bar code acquisition
6. save time in column two and current coordinates in column three
7. look for last SMS sent by vehicle tracker
8. acquire data from SMS ( data : GPS coordinates from tracker)
9. compare coordinates from SMS and mobile
10. if they are equal, name location as 'touch point' and send SMS (data: "touch point") to vehicle
11. if not equal, generate SMS and send to vehicle (data: "unnecessary stop")
