I need an android developer who can make one simple application for me. That app have to do: 1)Get GPS location. If GPS is disabled - get last known location; 2)Get language of the device(Locale); 3)When start the application - prompt to open an android browser with url set by me(in the source code of app). Starting this URL(website) I'll know the gps location and the language of the device and will show an information on that language and something near the location where the device is. If someone have a questions - PM to me.
