Lottery ticket scanner - repost (to be done in C#)

The objective of this app is to scan a physical Lottery ticket with the phones camera, use OCR(Object Character Recognition) to retrieve and compare the winning lotto number sequence with the users number/numbers. It must be developed in C# ([login to view URL] Studio) Screen 1: Info - splash screen with app logo - display current week's winning numbers for the different lotteries together with all the relevant info that [login to view URL] displays. (draw dates, draw types (lotto, lotto plus, powerball), winning numbers, total prizes, next estimated jackpot) the app must gather this info from the web on a weekly basis as the new results come out. - the app will ask the user to select the lottery competition that they desire (check boxes) - a user can also opt for and check the "Manual Entry" field where a number sequence can be manually entered into the app to compare with. - once the user has made their decision as to which competitions/competitions they want to compare their lotto ticket to, they will tap on the "scan now" button Screen 2: Scan - The scan screen = camera screen with guidelines to line up the user's lotto ticket number sequences (scan up to 10 sequences at a time?)0 - From this screen the user can scan his lotto ticket to retrieve his chosen number sequences. - The app retrieves all the sequences and displays them on Screeen 3: "Scan history" Screen 3: Scan History - a user will be directed to this screen after scanning in his/her lotto ticket - all matching (the winning number sequence) numbers will be highlighted/circled in red - next to each number sequence their will be a number/6 - the scan history "photo scans" together with their matching highlighted/circled numbers in red can be saved to the camera roll - the "photo scans" can be shared to email, message and social media platforms App purchase amount/free app and in app advertising are to be considered and a revenue generating model will be strategically planned.
