2.sign up a gmail account(please make sure it's a new account don't use your email account you already have)
3.active the google wallet(google checkout) account
4.pay the 25$ register fee
5.if everything is ok you'll be going to get a email from google to tell that you have spend 25$ on your google wallet(google checkout)
