Project Description:
I need someone to create a Google Play Android developer account with credit card. It will cost $25 by google and if the account have not been approved ,your card will not be charged.
Account language should be english.
Mail for account should be new and not related to any other contacts (mails).
Account should be created in browser with cleared cookies.
Please PM for details. The all budget is $50 ( include the $25 fee).
I Will pay only if the account have been approved....
If you complete this job , I will come to you for more accounts. I need not just one.

Procedures:
1. I will set the first $25 milestone payment for the account before you start the project.
2. You start on the project, register Google account, purchase android developer account using google checkout.
3. After 5-12 hours around, if your registration is approved by google, just send me the approved screen shot, then i will set the second milestone payment to you. Next you could remove your credit card info from the account.
4. You send me Google account's username and password, i will modify them. After that, i will release the two milestone payments.
