Postal codes Android application

Hi guys, I would need an Android application used to search for postal codes in Romania. I have the postal codes list in sql format. The application should have 4 menu vertical tags: - 1st one should be: "Search by postal code" - 2nd : "Search by address" - 3rd: Favorites - 4th: Info In the 1st module, "Search by postal code", the user should enter the postal code, and the application will respond with the coresponding address from the database. In this moment, the user will have 3 options: 1. Add to favorites, and the address+code will be placed into the favorites queue -> the user can also name this search 2. Take me to address --> in this moment, based on current GPS coordinates of the user location and destination, the application should take the user to the destination through GPS info (google maps). 3. Back to search In the 2nd module, search by address, the user will have a drop down list where he will select, County, then town, and then street, and a list of addresses and postal codes will appear from database. In this moment the user will have the same posibilities as the 1st module. (add to favorites, take me to address and back). In the 3rd module, "Favorites", the user will see all the addresses he placed in favorites queue. Here, when the user press on a code/address he will have again 3 option: take me to address (same as before), delete and back In the 4th module, "About" or "info", the user will find some notes about how to use the application. This is all, as for my experience, this is not difficult to obtain.
