SMS & MMS Tracking App from Android

I need an android app to run in background on android devices and track SMS & MMS Sent. Following is the way i want app to run. App will be installed on two individual android mobile, If i sent an SMS or MMS from a mobile running with this app, It will capture the content of SMS or MMS and destination details and store it into CSV file. THe CSV file is then transferred to a computer via wireless. Application running on the receiving android device will send an acknowledgement to the computer via wireless. Application running on both the devices will be connected to the computer via wireless network to carry out the transaction. I need this App to be developed by 17th Jan 2013 and along with source code. I am willing to pay $30 to $50 more for source code (apart from project cost). If you have the expertise and experience please bid. If i like the work I will give further project as well with higher budget. Looking for a long term professional relation
