This project is to create a Web App that provides an electronic way to Track Team Activity.
I have included some files that show a Paper system we currently use to Track Team Activity. As you can see, filling it out including how many each day of each activity is more time consuming.
I have also included another file that shows a Web App that I would like created that Allows for Easy tracking of a Teams Activities. It is a simple Counter Web App that is multi user (facebook/google/standard(email) login options). And Lets each user Click to Increase each Activity type, and log it on the sites database.
Please read the DMO-App specification document, it clarifiys how I would expect this to look. As you also can see, there is more that I will add to this project should I like your work.
Please quote on providing ONLY PHASE 1 in the document, just the counter part and multi user part, and email results/lists part.
the code will need to be using some sort of framework, documented and extendable which is why I included the next phases information.
I expect the FIRST phase is quite a simple web application, please quote accordingly.

Activity-Logger.xlsx is the Logger used to count each days activity. Each (page1) is a weeks worth of tracking. And then the points are calculated.
DMO-dailyactivitysheet,xlsx is further phases, and lets you see what extra information we log about Activities. (this is NOT phase 1)
