Windows Phone to Android APP conversion

I will be converting an Windows Phone Application (C# and Silverlight) into an Android Application, everything is ready and working in the Win Phone, just need it converted.

Please give me rational bids, because as I can hear Android started basing their apps on C# also so the conversion shouldn't be such a big deal.

I will not instantly choose the freelancer, I will pick few and then chat with them to see what work they have done earlier, etc.
