explanation
They have to make an application that you download an Excel
spreadsheet from the internet (attached), allows the compilation of
the first sheet of the excel sheet with the help of a barcode reader
and is sent to a webservices who will enter the data in a database.
The application will download the excel file as an attachment to the
second hospital in question, why else need a screen that allows you to
select a list of hospitals
The application will allow the modification of the downloaded file in
offline mode using a barcode reader
The application will let you send the file to a webservices
