Project Description:
I am looking for someone to create me a phone application for both Android and iPhone that does the following;
when you start the app it will show the default screen, the default screen has a 3D ball in the middle that you can spine in any direction, but it will not move from the center.
When you spine it, it should make a shooting noise that fades out slowly, the harder you spin it the louder the sound should be.
The settings should allow the user to changer the texture to some default textures, or they can select a texture of their own.
I want the code to be well written, as well as documented and commented throughout the entire source code. The source code should be broken into the appropriate parts, and each part should be broken down and commented. In addition, I also want a flow chart of the entire program.
