Hi,
I need a competent programmer to build a simple mobile webpage that allows the users to type in their messages and get those messages sent out to a list of similar users who opt in to receive these information.
The API is open sourced, could be found here -> https://github.com/venomous0x/WhatsAPI/
This mobile program will make use of this API to send out messages to users who have Whatsapp installed in their mobile phones.
This program will also need to bypass the broadcast restriction of 25, possibly by doing a batch send to the server.
