Card App For iPhone / iPad /blackberry

I would like to create a very simple card app for iPhone/ iPad/blackberry /android. Allow user type their message on the card, Send email and MMS (Contact) function is a must in this app. Images will be provide by programmer.

cards won't be actived unless if the blackberry pin code is inserted from all users,once the cards active ,users can see each other from their pin code .
user should add his profile with photo ,location , country ,city and location , etc
users should accept the play from both otherwise card will not start from both .
users can send songs,video images stored in his data base

I will need the full rights to all the source material.
In-App purchase is to be included in this app as well as iAd.

You must have minimum 2 years experience for iPhone app.
