Develop Iphone and Blackberry App

My project will be an app available on both blackberry and iphone that allows users to be notfied of markets prices of two certain commodity that is traded publicly and the market data is readily available. The app would give users the ability to set up notificattions of the trading "buy" price via SMS message as follows, as they CHOOSE: For each of the two commodities, the user may set this us for one or both of the commodities: Basic: Each business day (Mon-Fri) 30 minutes after the market opens SMS the buy proce and the change from the previous days closing price AND optionally everytime the market moves 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5% after the morning price, within 5 minutes, preferably faster than 5 minutes. AND optionally the closing price 5 minutes after the end of the market trading day, with the change from the previous days closing proce. This would be a branded app in which my company would retain the rights, not the developer. Thank you.
