Farmville clone type game for iPhone

Please read this entire project description before placing bids. It's important you understand what we're trying to accomplish.
We would like to create a game that's in the same genre/style as Farmville / Cityville / Social City / Zombie Farm but not as complex or "deep"....you might think of it as a "light" version compared to those games. If you have not played any of the games mentioned, please check them out before going any further.
Platform: The game will be played mainly on iPhone / iPad.
Technologies used: Please describe what technologies you would use (i.e. objective C, phonegap, etc) and what the advantages of your selections would be.
We are looking for a developer or a development team with extensive knowledge of iPhone / iPad / iOS game development. Please highlight relevant experience and provide links to any similar games you might have created. The submitted proposal should include a timeline for development including when you would be able to start.
The developer will ideally provide an integrated service delivering both graphics and front / back-end development. However, if you plan to use a 3rd party, this should be indicated up front. Please also feel free to respond in case you would "only" like to provide the source code for the back end / front end / graphics.
The exact theme and story board will be provided at a later stage of the RFP process. However, to summarize, it's a lighter version of Farmville. The user will be able to build a house, barn, purchase animals, plant crops, etc. but the choices for these items will be very limited in comparison to Farmville.
