Game of catching objects (for Ipad & Iphone)

This is a game for Ipad and Iphone where player catches certain objects. There will be 4 levels, with unlimited game flow for each level. There will be obstacles to prevent the player from catching the objects. Graphics should be in HD format. Criteria :- 1. Looking for a person who can do both the graphics and programming. 2. Person with good skills in Cocoa, C++ and gaming programming experience for Ipad and Iphone. 3. Person who is reliable, trustworthy and have passion in producing a game app. 4. Person who can do this at USD350 or less. 5. Person who can complete this app within 1 month. If you can meet the criteria above, please respond.
